Title: Youth Exchange "Easy-peasy" in Zaježová, Slovakia
We are thrilled to introduce the Youth Exchange "Easy-peasy" taking place in Zaježová, Slovakia from 6th to 11th September 2023. This 5-day program aims to empower disadvantaged young people from Slovakia, Spain, and the Czech Republic through various activities focused on creativity, sustainability, and personal development.
The planned activities for the youth exchange include:
Creative Photography: Participants will engage in collaborative and creative photography workshops. Led by an experienced instructor, small mixed nationality groups will explore photography as a means of artistic self-expression.
Upcycling Clothes with Screen Printing: A group of young participants from Slovakia, who have been involved in a solidarity project of the European Solidarity Corps, will showcase their designs for upcycling clothes. They will share their experiences and knowledge of sustainability by conducting a screen printing workshop using recycled clothes.
Local Excursions: The youth exchange will feature trips to the surrounding areas, allowing participants to explore and appreciate the natural environment while also interacting with the local community. These excursions will provide insights into the region's culture, heritage, and environmental conservation efforts.
By engaging in these activities, our project seeks to nurture the participants' creative abilities, language skills, and understanding of sustainability and permaculture. We aim to create an enriching environment that fosters personal and career development, while also promoting teamwork, cultural exchange, and a deeper appreciation for nature.
